Rebekah’s Story: Finding Direction in the Middle of Uncertainty

There are seasons in life where everything feels uncertain at once. Your career, your personal life, your sense of stability. And in those moments, the pressure to “figure it out” can feel overwhelming.
When Rebekah and I began working together, she was in one of those seasons.
I wasn’t lacking drive or willingness to try. I needed clarity, direction, and the right kind of support to move forward in a way that actually felt aligned.
Before Coaching: Knowing Something Needed to Change
Rebekah came into coaching during a deeply transitional time in her life. She was navigating a divorce while also trying to make thoughtful decisions about her career. Like many people in that position, she felt pulled in more than one direction and wasn’t sure which path was the right one to pursue.
She knew she needed guidance and practical tools to help her move forward, but there was also hesitation. The investment felt heavy given her financial situation, and it wasn’t a decision she took lightly. It required her to trust that getting support would help her move forward more effectively than trying to figure everything out on her own.
During Coaching: Choosing Support and Taking Action
Once we started working together, our focus became creating clarity while also building momentum. Instead of staying stuck between multiple possible paths, we began narrowing in on what felt most aligned for her and identifying the steps needed to explore those options in a real, tangible way.
At the same time, we worked on strengthening skills that would support her no matter which direction she chose, especially when it came to networking and building connections.
After Coaching: Expanding Her Support System and Landing the Role
Since our work together, Rebekah has stepped into a role that feels deeply aligned with who she is, landing her dream opportunity as a seasonal decorator with Disney.
What makes this especially meaningful is not just the role itself, but how she got there.
I had been networking consistently. This was something that once felt intimidating, but became far more natural as I practiced it more. Through the process, I expanded both my professional connections and support system, which played a key role in opening this next chapter.
She also moved from feeling pulled in multiple directions to having a much clearer sense of the path she wanted to pursue.
That clarity, combined with her willingness to take action, is what helped her move forward with confidence and ultimately step into an opportunity that truly fits.
