Refund Policy

If at any point you are not satisfied with your services and wish to terminate our agreement, the following refund options will be available to you:


For All Coaching & Subscription-Style Services:


If you pay in full, you will be refunded 50% of the total invoice up to 30 days after our start date, or 25% up to 60 days after our start date. Beyond 60 days, refunds will not be accepted.


If you pay a monthly invoice and you decide to cancel within 30 days of our start date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total invoice. If you decide to cancel within 60 days of our start date, you will be responsible for 75% of the total invoice. Beyond 60 days, you will be responsible for 100% of the total invoice.


For Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn & Budgeting Services: 


Refunds will not be accepted after payment.

Changes Policy

Being late for, missing or rescheduling/cancelling a session will be handled as follows:


Being late: If you are late for a session by 15 minutes or less, our agreed-upon meeting time will still apply and the meeting will end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will reschedule our time together and a $20 fee will be applied to your invoice.


Missing: Missing a session due to an emergency with family, accident or illness are acceptable. All other reasons will incur a $20 fee.


Cancelling or rescheduling: You have 12 hours before our session time to cancel or reschedule without penalty. If you decide to cancel or reschedule within the 12-hour window, a $20 fee will be applied to your invoice.
